Assessment
A property assessment requires a comprehensive understanding of the mechanical and construction of a real estate property.
At the client’s request,
we can respond to a distressed property site and provide a thorough assessment and scope of work with cost projections. With the background and experience in the restoration
industry, we will provide a detailed overview of initial damages, coordinate emergency services if necessary to mitigate damage,
and provide a plan to facilitate the property renovation and restoration.
Project Development & Management
Services will include project initiation and involvement to provide
services required to restore the property and monitor the activities. Monitoring can include the tracking
of other laborers involved, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and all other project components. Communication
will be provided to our client with an objective reporting on every aspect of the restoration project.
Cost Control Recommendations
Through monitoring and onsite management of labor, equipment, supplies
and provide accountability to subcontractors and other vendors used on the restoration project. Our goal
will be to insure the recovery project is completed in a timely and financially effective manner with comprehensive cost controls.
